Exact Path begins with adaptive diagnostics that evaluate a student's current proficiency levels. These assessments adjust in real-time based on student responses, ensuring an accurate understanding of each learner's strengths and areas for improvement. This diagnostic assessment is an approved norm-referenced test for the annual assessment requirement for those participating in the Personalized Education Program (PEP). The assessment can be administered at home, providing detailed insights into student progress and areas needing attention.

Personalized Learning Path

Add personalized instruction based on your students diagnostic results. Exact Path generates individualized learning paths that focus on specific skills students need to develop. This targeted approach allows learners to progress at their own pace, reinforcing foundational concepts and advancing to more complex topics as they demonstrate mastery. Results of the diagnostic assessment pinpoint specific areas of strength and opportunities for growth, forming the foundation for a personalized learning path.

Based on assessment outcomes, Exact Path generates a tailored sequence of lessons targeting the student's zone of proximal development. This approach ensures that learners engage with content that is neither too easy nor too challenging, promoting effective learning.

Each skill in the learning path includes direct Instruction, practice Activities, and progress checks. ​If a student struggles with a skill, the platform provides additional support including alternative lessons, different instructional approaches, building blocks or prerequisite lessons, and additional attempts to demonstrate matery. Students earn Trophies for mastering skills, fostering motivation. Periodic reassessments allow the platform to update learning paths, reflecting student growth and ensuring ongoing alignment with their evolving needs.
