Homeschool Support Services

We offer comprehensive academic support assistance designed to empower homeschool parents at every stage of the journey. 

 

• ​K–8 Homeschool Advising — $60

  • Personalized planning for families homeschooling students in kindergarten through 8th grade. This service includes one scheduled 30-minute phone consultation with a Homeschool Choice Navigator. Families may receive guidance with curriculum selection, grade-level planning, academic goals, testing options, supplemental resources, homeschool organization, and preparation for the transition into middle or high school. This option is especially helpful for families who are new to homeschooling, considering a curriculum change, or need assistance developing an academic plan for their student.

• 9th Grade High School Advising — $120

  • Personalized high school planning for students entering or currently enrolled in 9th grade. This service is designed to help families build a four-year high school plan from the beginning. Guidance may include course and credit planning, curriculum selection, graduation goals, transcript preparation, dual enrollment considerations, and college, career, or vocational pathways. This service includes one scheduled 60-minute phone consultation. This service is intended for students who are beginning high school and does not include an extensive review or reconstruction of prior high school records.

• Grades 10–11 High School Advising — $250

  • Comprehensive academic planning for homeschool students currently in 10th or 11th grade. Because students at this level already have one or more years of high school coursework, this service includes a more detailed review of prior academic records in addition to future planning. This service includes a review of prior high school courses, grades, and credits submitted by the family, review of the student's current courses, identification of potential credit gaps or areas requiring additional planning, transcript-readiness review, graduation and remaining-course planning, and post-secondary planning. This service provides academic planning and record review. Preparation of an official personalized transcript is available separately. This service includes one scheduled 60-minute phone consultation.

• Senior Homeschool Advising — $250

  • Comprehensive academic and postsecondary planning for homeschool students currently in 12th grade. This service is designed to help families review the student's high school record, identify remaining academic needs, and develop a plan for completing the senior year and transitioning to college, career, trade school, or other postsecondary opportunities. This service includes a review of the student's high school courses, grades, and credits, review of current senior-year coursework, identification of remaining graduation needs or potential academic concerns, transcript-readiness review, senior-year academic planning, and postsecondary planning. Preparation of a personalized transcript, diploma, or other academic credential is available separately. This service includes one scheduled 60-minute phone consultation.

• Monthly Parent Support - $150 per month

  • This support option is for parents who want individualized assistance beyond standard enrollment. This package includes up to 10 email/text support exchanges per month and individualized guidance. Support may include curriculum questions, academic planning, course selection, homeschool organization, educational options, progress concerns, and other homeschool planning needs. Response time is 2-3 business days. Support is available during the active month only and is not an on-call or unlimited communication service.

• Monthly High School Student Support - $250 per month

  • This support option is for high school students who want additional guidance, accountability, and help staying on track. This package includes up to 10 email/text support exchanges per month, biweekly written progress check-ins, and one parent progress update. Support is provided electronically directly with the student. Response time is 2-3 business days. Support is available during the active month only and is not an on-call or unlimited communication service. This support option works great when paired with our online curriculum option.
