Online Classes
Sunshine State Homeschoolers offers online middle and high school curriculum through Accelerate Education and Edmentum. Families may select the program that best fits the student’s academic needs, preferred learning style, course goals, and desired level of support.
Edmentum Courseware
Edmentum provides comprehensive online courses with interactive instruction, assessments, mastery-based learning, and progress tracking. Courses are available in core academics, electives, world languages, career and technical education, and specialty subjects.
Grades 6–8
Curriculum Access: $450 per academic year
Expanded Course Options: +$100 per academic year
Grades 9–12
Curriculum Access: $650 per academic year
Expanded Course Options: +$100 per academic year
Fully Online Teacher-Supported Classes ($550 per month)
Our fully online, teacher-supported class option for middle and high school students our offered through EdOptions Academy by Edmentum. This option is designed for families who want structured online courses with certified teacher support, grading, and academic feedback while maintaining their own homeschool, umbrella school, or private school enrollment. Students complete coursework online through EdOptions Academy, and teachers provide instructional support and grading within the online program.
